We will then be able to recommend a course of action, and give you an estimate of the fees and time required to resolve the issue. Our fees are based on the complexity of your situation. We generally charge a flat rate determined by our estimate of the work/time necessary to resolve your tax problem in your best interest. Our fees are either paid in full at the time you hire us or on an affordable monthly payment plan.

If you meet our criteria, we will then overnight an Engagement Letter and Power of Attorney form which will give us the authority to talk to the IRS on your behalf. In many cases, you may never have to speak with the IRS again.

We represent you from start to finish, negotiating with the IRS until we have resolved your tax problem in your best interest.

After your tax problem has been resolved, we will file the appropriate information with the credit bureaus thereby re-establishing your credit.
